Frank focuses on creating comprehensive financial plans for his clients designed to clarify and pursue their goals, and guide them toward financial independence. His empathy and compassion, and 30-plus years of financial industry experience, help him build comfortable and trusting relationships with his clients.
As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Frank has attained the prestigious CFP® certification, one of the most respected financial planning credentials among consumers and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning. He adheres to the CFP Board’s code of ethics for integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism and diligence.
Previously, Frank was a Senior Vice President at Raymond James. Prior to that he was a Vice President of Investments at Legg Mason, and a Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager at SunTrust Banks, where he began his career in the management training program in 1987. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Miami, and an MBA in international finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Frank is originally from Miami and now lives in Tequesta, Florida, with his wife, Michelle. They have two children, Courtney and Christian. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, biking, jogging and spending time with his family. He is a member of the finance committee of St. Jude Catholic Church, and a past president of the Palm Beach chapter of Legatus.
